Li Von Sydow

Li brings over 3 years of experience in business leadership and project management from Deloitte, where she was part of the strategy team. She was also lead for the firm's acceleration program on a Nordic level.

Prior to management consulting, Li served 4 years in the Swedish Armed Forces as a Sergeant, Military Interpreter and Analyst at the Headquarters with several international deployments. Li has an economics degree from Lund University and also studied political science and journalism.

Li joined Sting in January 2025 as Program & Partnerships Manager, where she thrives at the intersection of startups, coaches, and external partners. Her role involves driving collaboration, managing key relationships, and delivering impactful programs that help startups scale and succeed.
