Since 1998, Pär has worked with developing new technology-based export companies in everything from financing and production to building up businesses in other countries, primarily Russia. Pär has worked as CEO in a number of small and medium-sized technology companies and has experience from production of electronics, logistics and as head of quality.

Pär has long experience from operations, both in depth and breadth and from building up export-based companies, leaving him comfortable in all coaching situations. He solves problems creatively and has a large network in most areas.
