Sting Incubate Deeptech
An 18-24 months long program of tailor-made coaching and support at a slower pace. In addition to all the support that startups in Sting Incubate enjoy, you get access to specific deeptech-related resources.
Sting Incubate Deeptech is for startups with solutions and innovations based on advanced and complex technologies, often with long development cycles, longer time-to-market and a need for large investments.
In our Deeptech program, we want to work with companies that are based on substantial scientific advances and new disruptive technologies that help bring solutions to some of our time’s biggest challenges. Game-changing companies within areas such as AI and machine learning, biotech, robotics, life science, new materials, cleantech and more.

What you get
In Sting Incubate Deeptech, you get all the support that startups in Sting Incubate enjoy, but for a longer period of time and with fewer hours of coaching; 8 hours of coaching per month.
In addition to what Incubate offers, you also get:
• Additional hours with expert coaches on IP issues
• Access to Sting’s Deeptech Partners, organizations such as RISE (advice on EU financing, help with technical due diligence) and IVA (access to CTO network).
• Access to Sting’s Deeptech Mentors: individuals with a deeptech background who have successfully commercialized and industrialized heavy technology
• Deeptech Talks, during which CEOs from current and alumni deeptech companies meet for experience exchanges.
• Investor Readiness Workshop with selected deeptech investors.
• If necessary, help to recruit a commercial person who may be able to become a co-founder.
Otherwise, everything is the same as in Sting Incubate:
Your personal coach has entrepreneurial experience and a network from your field and will challenge you to aim higher and reach further. You can get a seed investment of SEK 500 000 from Propel Capital and we give you access to investors all over Europe to help find and attract the right kind of financing.
Together with our partners, we provide you with the right people and resources to grow your business. If you get in, you will have resources like a corporate and the knowledge of a serial entrepreneur at your fingertips.

These are the coaches you’ll spend the most time with, but you can expect a strong commitment and close support from our whole team.

Hard facts
Admission: Rolling admission of 6-8 startups per year
Length: 6-24 months
Cost: 3% to 6% warrant issued to Sting Holding
Propel Captial Investment: Potential SEK 500 000 convertible note (in addition to Sting’s 3-6% warrant).
Requirements: Launched prototype/alpha and founding team of minimum two people.
